FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to paediatric traumatology and orthopaedics. The medullary canals are opened by drilling with wires. Under E-O control, it is percutaneously carried out along the medullary canal from the periphery of each bone fragment towards the endosteal callus. Upon reaching of the endosteal callus by one of the wires, it is drilled until this wire freely passages into the medullary canal of the second fragment. In the same way, the second bone fragment is drilled with another wire, thereby destroying the endosteal callus and restoring the lumen of the medullary canal, as indicated by the free passage of each wire through the medullary canal. In case of a fracture of the radius and ulnar bone, each bone is subjected to such treatment.
EFFECT: method ensures activation of the process of consolidation by restoring the patency of the medullary canal at the level of refractory while maintaining periosteal circulation, reducing blood loss and invasiveness of the intervention.
