FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves reducing bone fracture fragments in external fixation device having two supports. Wires are introduced into proximal ulnar metaphysis in frontal plane and into distal metaphysis of radial bone in skew-sagittal plane, the wires being fixed on device support. Bone fracture fragments are stretched along an axis. One modeled titanium rod is introduced into ulna into elbow bone fragment to fracture line. The second modeled titanium rod is introduced into radial bone near the distal metaphysis to fracture line. When necessary, ulnar bone fragments are finally juxtaposed by manipulating with modeled rod introducing it over for the fracture line as far as possible. Wire is introduced into proximal radial bone fracture fragment above fracture through two cortical layer to carry out bone fracture fragments reposition. The modeled rod is introduced over for the fracture line as far as possible. The rod is introduced first to wire level and further after its removal. by means of the device if necessary carry out a Compression along forearm axis is carried out, if required, and the device is to be removed.

EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications; high accuracy of reposition; early functional extremity rehabilitation.
