SUBSTANCE: mixer comprises housing with branch pipe and cover, shaft mounted perpendicular to the vertical axis of the housing, bearing, drive, and mixing device. The mixing device is made of piping members mounted inside the housing in the horizontal plane along the axis of the shaft for permitting adjusting the space between the members. The mixing device comprises several rows of piping members arranged one above the other in the vertical plane in the middle section of the housing and shifted with respect to each other at a distance equal to the half the space between the members.
