SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for mixing granular materials and liquid media and can be used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries. The mixer has a housing with a connecting pipe and a cover, a shaft fitted perpendicular the vertical axis of the housing, a bearing assembly, a drive and a stirring device inside the housing. The stirring device consists of conical and spherical perforated partitions lying across the vertical axis of the housing. The tops of the partitions are directed in opposite sides. The diametre of holes in a partition increases from the axis to the wall of the housing.

EFFECT: higher quality of obtained mixture, as well as increased efficiency of the mixer.
