OUTLET ROLL FITTING OF ROLLING MILL Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: rolled stock production, namely outlet roll fitting of rolling mill.

SUBSTANCE: outlet roll fitting includes box-shaped housing secured to beam of fitting. In said housing are arranged: outlet passes mounted along rolling line, outlet guides rested by their noses upon respective roll and by their foots - upon one of guide beams arranged in housing, roller holders supporting rollers fit on axles and provided with bearing assemblies. Said rollers are mounted in roller holders with possibility of rotation in direction coincided with rolling direction and they have members for tuning and fixing mentioned above parts relative to housing. Working surface of each roller of liner is formed of separate rings with shaped lateral surface. Each ring is provided with its own bearing assembly and it may rotate autonomously on axle of roller.

EFFECT: enhanced quality of surface of rolled strip due to elimination of roller slip on strip surface.
