SUBSTANCE: method involves unwinding and delivering roving and/or glass fabric with reinforced base from bobbin and/or from releasing mechanism; impregnating above webs by moving thereof through impregnation section including bonding agent under 55°-54°C temperature; winding upper not-impregnated and/or impregnated together with roving webs of glass fiber and roving located in-between; feeding reinforced fiber glass in forming part having semicircular cross-section, wherein forming part includes several areas arranged along forming part. Above parts provide hardening of bonding agent by cooling or by setting thereof under fixed temperature or by zone heating with the use of heating plates up to 55°-65°, 85°-95° and 125°-135° temperature to provide resilient hardening of bonding agent.
EFFECT: increased physical and mechanical characteristics due to provision of the same mode of roving and glass-fabric deformation, prevention of creating defects, namely creases, corrugations, depressions and disintegrations in band, elimination of previous initial material impregnation process and band hardening process during winding thereof on mandrel, reduced labor inputs and increased labor productivity.
