FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing laminated materials for facing particle boards, etc. Cloth is unwound from bobbin and combined with heat-, chemically or cold-hardenable resin with small amount of solvent. Cloth is impregnated under heat effect leading to preliminarily hardened state and rewound on bobbin or divided into predetermined-size sections. Resin in the form of flocculi or powder is extruded into film and then combined with cloth. Impregnation is performed by way of surface pressure distributed throughout the cloth surface. Installation includes unwinding mechanism for bobbin with wound cloth, means for applying hardenable resin, means for impregnating cloth with resin, and means for rewinding or transversely cutting impregnated cloth. Means for applying hardenable resin is made as film-making extruder and means for impregnating cloth with resin is made in the form of two stacked up continuous pressing tapes supported by drums.
