FIELD: mechanical engineering; actuating members.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power hydraulic cylinders in contact with high-temperature objects. Proposed attachment unit of power hydraulic cylinder has lug with ball bearing made of two parts connected by coupling bolts whose division plane is square to axis of rod of power hydraulic cylinder and passes between rod and ball bearing. Rigid heat-insulating washers provided with holes for coupling bolts and installed with guaranteed clearance relative to bolts are arranged between parts of lug and under heads of bolts. Metal plates are placed between heads of coupling bolts and heat-insulating washers. Heat-insulating washers and metal plates are installed in pairs, one pair per two bolts. Cylindrical beads are made on each metal plate from side of heat-insulating washer concentrically to holes for coupling bolts. Cylindrical beans are located in clearance between heat-insulating washer and coupling bolt.
EFFECT: increased strength of construction and force transmitted by attachment unit owing to increased area of contact of heat-insulating washers with heads of coupling bolts and provision of uniform clearance between heat-insulating washers and coupling bolts.
