FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport engineering. Proposed mechanism comprises spare wheel lifting and lowering hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic system. Spare wheel is arranged in holder coupled with swivel member. Hollow swivel member can turn at cylindrical post of parallelogram mechanism composed of two drawbars, top and bottom. Said drawbars are articulated with parallelogram mechanism posts and with mechanism bearing bracket rigidly connected with compartment floor base sections. Swivel member is articulated by ball joint with pivoted rod with one end coupled with said swivel member. Second end is coupled, also by ball joint, with mechanism bearing bracket. Pivoted rod can contract elastically but cannot extend relative to active length magnitude. Spare wheel lifting and lowering hydraulic cylinder is articulated with carrier chassis of body structures or with parallelogram mechanism upper link.
