FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry. The device for sealing the opening of the cable entry of the flowing well contains a base in the form of two diametrically placed support plates, each thrown with through holes, on the four lower nuts of the upper flange of the tubing head until it stops against the flange. Under each base plate, two spacer brackets are installed, located under its extreme holes, which are equipped with screws and pads. The spacer bracket plate with a through hole is thrown over the outer nut covered by the base plate until it stops against the base plate. The screw, screwed into the mating threaded hole of the spacer bracket stand, abuts against the block located on the lower flange of the tubing head. The guides are made in the form of hydraulic cylinders, which perform the function of guiding the hollow shaft to the hole for the cable entry, which is placed obliquely in the X-mas tree adapter. The guidance hydraulic cylinders are mounted by the lugs of the housings, each with the possibility of rotation on a pin placed in the lugs of the bracket mounted on the base plate and rigidly fastened to it with two bolts from the side outlet of the pipe head with a guaranteed clearance "e" from the end of the screw protruding from the outer diameter top flange of the tubing head. The horizontal axes of the pins installed in the lugs of the brackets are placed on the same axis perpendicular to the axis of the adapter hole for cable entry. The rods of the guidance hydraulic cylinders are rigidly connected to the traverse. A hollow shaft is fixed in the central hole of the traverse, the axis of which and the axis of the adapter hole for cable entry are located in the same vertical plane, aligned with the axis of the well perpendicular to the side branches of the tubing head. The lower end of the barrel is screwed with a replaceable nozzle with an axial hole by means of a conical thread. The outer diameter of the nozzle in the zone of the axial hole is equipped with a conical lead seal with the possibility of sealing the cable entry hole. A ball valve is screwed onto the upper end of the barrel, equipped with a drain pipe. Housings of guidance hydraulic cylinders are connected to each other by means of detachable clamps covering them, equipped with lugs, fastened with a coupler placed between them. The rod and piston cavities of the guidance hydraulic cylinders are combined by a manifold into separate hydraulic lines. The rod hydraulic line is equipped with a hydraulic lock.
EFFECT: increasing the rigidity of the base attachment to the X-mas tree flange without dismantling the flange connection studs, increasing the sealing reliability and enabling the design to be used in wells under abnormally high pressure of the well environment.
