FIELD: transport engineering; clutches.
SUBSTANCE: proposed clutch release sleeve contains radial-thrust ball bearing with rotating outer race and foxed inner race, first bushing on which inner race of bearing is installed, and second bushing on which flange is installed and which gets into first bushing provided with ring projection to prevent axial displacement of bearing. Novelty is that inner race of bearing from side of outer race is provided with bottom with hole. Said bottom is pressed by resilient oil-deflecting ring installed on second bushing to rounded off ring projection of first bushing to align inner race of bearing relative to axis of first bushing by means of resilient ring installed in ring groove of first bushing. Inner race of bearing is installed with radial clearance relative to first bushing, being held from turning around axle by pins press-fitted into first bushing.
EFFECT: improved performance characteristics, reliability and service life of sleeve, simplified design.
