FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: areas of connection are formed inside thermal reactive film laminated on both sides by thermoplastic polymer. Then one side of the film is connected with metal foil by means of thermo-compression welding method. Current-conductive unit is formed in ready blank using stencil. Before forming connection areas the value of shrinkage of thermal reactive laminated film is determined when blank is welded together with metal foil by means of thermo-compression welding. Shrinkage is determined for two mutually perpendicular directions relatively areas of connection and areas of connection of current-conductive unit are formed while taking the shrinkage into account. To find précised values of shrinkage the set of test samples is made which are similar to working samples. Areas of connection in laminated film are formed to follow set of stencils. After thermo-compression welding is finished the value of shrinkage is determined by putting test samples over stencils. Method provides 100% yield of transducers for capacitance value.
EFFECT: stability in electrical characteristics of transducer; high productivity.
