FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: compound has powder of rare-earth elements and a strap. Powder has at least 2 percents of mass of particles of Ti-containing nano-composition magnetic powder, represented by generic formula: (Fe1-mTm)100-x-y-zQxRyMz, where T - Co and/or Ni; Q - B and/or C and always contains B; R - at least one rare-earth element, excluding La and Ce; M - Ti and/or Zr, and/or Hf and always contains Ti. Also, 10 atomic % < x ≤ 20 atomic %; 6 atomic % ≤ y ≤ 10 atomic %; 0.1 atomic % ≤ z ≤ 12 atomic %; 0≤m≤0.5. Particles of Ti-containing nano-composite magnetic powder contain at least two crystalline ferromagnetic phases. Average size of crystalline particles of magnetic-hard phases is 10-200 nm. Average size of crystalline particles of magnetic-soft phases is 1-100 nm. Average size of crystalline particles of magnetic-soft phases is less than average size of crystalline particles of magnetic-hard phases.
EFFECT: better compressibility, increased magnetic properties and corrosion resistance of manufactured magnet.
