SUBSTANCE: method involves culinary liquid concentrate; whipping it into foam until whipping extent is at least 200% for producing of concentrated solution with dry substance concentration exceeding 50 wt%; drying resultant solution in convective drier until dry product is obtained; grinding dry product for obtaining of powder-like soluble foamer.
EFFECT: provision for obtaining of product resistant to cooking in boiling water and allowing large amounts of foam to be produced.
