FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with protein isolates and their functioning. The suggested food composition provides a great number of food products in which proteins are partially substituted with canola protein isolate at protein content being, at least, approximately 100 weight% at detecting it according to Kjeldahl's technique (N×6.25). Method for obtaining food composition deals with supplementing food product with canola protein isolate at protein content being, at least, approximately 100 weight% at detecting it according to Kjeldahl's technique (N×6.25). Modifications are welcome within the limits of the innovation in question. It, also, provides high functional properties of food products.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
