FIELD: medicine, gynecology.
SUBSTANCE: the method deals with expanded uterine extirpation together with tubes. In the course of operative interference one should tighten the round ligament, its peritoneum should be T-shapedly gashed and rotated, an intact ovary should be placed into incision formed. Peritoneal edge of the free end of the round ligament should be connected with peritoneum of funnel-pelvic ligament from lateral sides. Ovarian own ligament should be marked with a tantalic clip to be fixed to peritoneum of uterine round ligament at the top of incision made. One should create the channel for intact ovary, then provide mobility of gonads: at the end of the round ligament it is necessary to fix 2 ligatures. One should repeat the same surgical technique for another ovary. By tightening the superior ligature one should withdraw patients ovary out of irradiation area, by tightening the inferior one - small pelvis could be returned. The innovation enables to reliably fix the ovary, prevent radiation castration and save ovarian function for prolonged period of time.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
