FIELD: electric centrifugal pump units; testing and diagnostic methods.
SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, instant values of process at input of pump unit electric drive are measured, m-groups of informative periodicities are selected, and first frequency for each group is determined by maximum level of instantaneous spectral density in frequency range of corresponding group. Basing on instantaneous spectral density, frequency, amplitudes and phases of all periodicities of said group in local frequency ranges are determined. Then parameters are stored and, using sinusoidal signal generator, process with parameters of selected periodicities is generated. Generated process is inverted and is supplied synchronously with initial process to summer getting residual process equal to difference between initial and generated process. Then sequence of operations is repeated for following group of periodicities m times, and is stopped when parameters of all groups of informative periodicities are determined. Each time search of frequency is carried out in new residual process.
EFFECT: provision of simple and quick selection of periodicities of process informative for checking and diagnosing conditions of unit.
