SUBSTANCE: method for transmitting and broadcasting speech information. A spectral analysis of the interference or an additive mixture of the speech signal and interference is carried out for each position of the “sliding window”. Spectral analysis is carried out by analyzing multi-frequency periodic signals represented by digital samples using compensation of cross products. Threshold values are set for amplitudes, the number of spectral components, and the number of spectral components with the same frequencies detected in adjacent “sliding windows”. For each position of the “sliding window” for which the presence of a signal is possible, the number of detected components and the duration of the signal are calculated, which is recorded as a speech signal. For two adjacent positions of the “sliding window”, the values of the number of spectral components with the same frequencies are calculated. Based on the results of analyzing the number of spectral components, the duration of the signal, the value of the number of spectral components with the same frequencies detected in adjacent “sliding windows”, a decision is made on the presence or absence of a speech signal.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of making the correct decision about the appearance of a speech signal in the presence of acoustic interference.
