SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes raw material washing, inspection, and impregnation with liquefied gas. Prepared raw material is crushed and sterilized by using myscelle obtained by extraction of biomass of Pythium ultimus micromycete with liquified gas selected from claimed group. Further crushed material is decanted in aseptic conditions in gas stream, exhausted from crushing step, and packed.
EFFECT: target product with improved organoleptic characteristics and increased content of bioactive substances.
