SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing fruit pulp by grinding and sterilizing of preliminarily prepared raw material with the use of mycelium produced after extracting of Pythium irregulare micromycet biomass with gas of predetermined group; decanting ground raw material under aseptic conditions in the flow of gas discharged from grinding process; packing.
EFFECT: improved organoleptical properties and consistency, increased breakage resistance, and increased enrichment in biologically active substances.
