SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with detecting a true refracting corneal power. According to the data of standard keratometry (Kst) or keratotopography (Sim-K) one should subtract a correction coefficient calculated by the following formula: C = 0.3247*ΔSE - 0.6397, where ΔSE - the difference of refraction spheroequivalent after FRK and LASIK (diopters).

EFFECT: increased efficiency of detection.
