FIELD: medicine, cardiology.
SUBSTANCE: along with curative physical culture one should apply the course of adaptation to periodic decompression chamber hypoxia consisted of 22 3-h-long seances in a low-pressure decompression chamber. The first seances should be conducted at constant increase of height beginning from 1000 m by increasing daily per 500 m to achieve maximum height of 3500 m (460 mm mercury column) at the rate of lifting and downgrade being about 2-3 m/sec. The method suggested enables to increase capacity of coronary pathway, increase coronary circulation and decrease the number of cardiac rhythm disorders.
