The proposed medicinal formulation comprises 250 mg of chondroitin sulfate as an active component, filling agent, binding agent, antifriction substances and can comprise a solubilizing agent additionally. Pharmaceutical composition is made as a tablet. Invention provides development of the preparation for oral administration with the less amount of active substance and with indices satisfying requirements of the State Pharmacopoeia.
