FIELD: construction industry, in particular, equipment for fine crushing of materials to produce cubic crushed stone.
SUBSTANCE: vibratory crusher has outer cone flexibly mounted on support and adapted for carrying unbalancing vibrators flexibly connected with inner cone, with center of gravity of grinder housing being arranged higher than common center of gravity of grinder. Plane of arrangement of vibrator axes is, in its turn, positioned higher than center of gravity of grinder. Stabilized synchronous-cophased rotation of vibrators is provided on condition that: where I is central inertia moment of crusher on the whole, kg·m2; a1 is distance from common center of gravity of crusher to center of gravity of housing, m; b is distance from vertical axis of symmetry of crusher to axis of vibrator, m; d is distance from center of gravity of housing to plane of arrangement of axes of vibrators, m; w1, w2 are weight of housing and weight of inner cone, respectively, kg.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation of vibratory crusher owing to stabilized self-synchronization of vibrators.
