FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fine crushers and may be used in metallurgy for production of fine powders of ferroalloys with hardness exceeding 2000 MPa. Crusher with helical oscillations comprises outer cone mounted on support, supporting unbalanced vibrators and coupled with inner moving cone. Rotational axes of vibrators are arranged at angle β in opposite directions relative to horizontal plane. Stability of vibrators sync-in-phase rotation is traded off if the following conditions are obeyed: where m1, m2 are housing weight and that of inner cone, kg; mv is vibrator weight, kg; β is inclination of vibrator axis to horizontal axis; b is distance from vertical axis of symmetry to rotational axis of vibrator, m; I1 and I2 are central moments of inertia of housing and cone, kgm2; I is equivalent central moment of inertia and crusher primary system, kgm2.
EFFECT: stable self-synchronisation of vibrators.
