SUBSTANCE: tool includes cutter having right and left cutting edges and mounted on member elastic in radial direction. In order to provide automatic working and desired accuracy of chamfer dimensions, elastic member is mounted at preliminary tightness effort exceeding radial component of cutting force. Cutter has on its end abutment in the form of truncated cone whose generating line is extension of cutting edges of cutter.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of chamfering.
