FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of members of flexible guard of air cushion amphibious vehicle, mainly those of stern part flexible guard of such vehicle. Proposed flexible guard of air cushion vehicle contains peripheral outer flexible receiver of two tier design, detachable mounted members connected to flexible receiver over perimeter at least on one stern section of flexible guard, inner sectioning guard of longitudinal mounted keel and cross envelopes consisting of two sections of receivers, also with fitted-on detachable mounted members. Flexible receiver of second tier ion stern part of flexible guard is detachably connected to flexible receiver of first tier and is provided with inner holes to distribute air and inner solid side partitions dividing flexible receiver of second tier into separate detachable sections. Groups of detachable conical members with inner diaphragm in lower part are connected to each detachable section of flexible receiver of second tier. Diaphragm forms cone nozzles and regulate rate of air outflow from detachable conical members. Adjacent side walls of two neighbor sections of receiver of second tire on stern section of flexible guard are cut off by vertical planes from lines parallel to diametral plane at angle up to 15°. Acute angle of tilting of detachable conical members to plane of screen from air cushion to side of stern is chosen optimum within 20° and 40°, and angle of tilting of upper generatrix of truncated cone to plane of screen is chosen optimum within 50° and 70°. Area of holes to pass air from first tier of receiver into second lower tier is 1.5 greater than area of holes connecting second tier with detachable conical members. Ratio of height of first tire of flexible receiver to summary height of second tier of flexible receiver and height of stern detachable conical members is 1:1, and height of stern detachable conical member is 60-65% of height of first tier. Lower edge of stern detachable conical members is located lower than lower edge of side detachable members of flexible guard at level of which lower edges of inner diaphragm of stern detachable conical members are located. Each stern detachable conical member with downwards converging cone-like envelope is provided with diaphragm playing the part of valve to overlap bottom part of envelope. With envelope being filled with air at higher pressure, diaphragm turns into cylindrical surface,
diaphragm being made diverging towards upper edges with possibility of mating with surface of envelope, two edges made free, not connected to envelope.
EFFECT: improved manufacturability, repairability, facilitated assembling, enhanced springiness of flexible receivers of air cushion vehicle flexible guard and detachable conical members.
