FIELD: alloy metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: subject of invention is molding of single-crystal castings with specified crystallographic orientation from heat-resistant alloys, in particular single-crystal blades for gas engines. Invention provides palladium-based alloy for single-crystal seeds containing 21-45% of molybdenum as refractory element.
EFFECT: increased stability of process, increased yield of structurally appropriate product due to prevented formation of foreign crystals and reliable transmission of crystallographic orientation from seeds to casting.
