FIELD: fastening on steel sleepers, bars.
SUBSTANCE: rail fastening device comprises rail double-shoulder plate with isolation plate and fastening bolts. Isolated support mating inner sleeper surface is arranged inside metal sleeper and is restricted from longitudinal movement by two metal partitions located from two ends thereof and welded to inner part of metal sleeper. Isolated support is connected by means of two fastening bolts with rail double-shoulder plate through welded threaded bushes located in upper area thereof. Rail double-shoulder plate has isolating plate to isolate it from metal sleeper top. All four fastening bolts have annular isolating gap when passing through metal sleeper top. Support panel is welded to lower metal sleeper part which closes isolated support in air-tight manner after assemblage thereof.
EFFECT: increased reliability and service life by provision of stable operation thereof due to increased isolated support area.
