FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device has body, compacting element, lower and upper cones and sockets, stop with ring-shaped hollow, fixed on the body, and mechanism of plant with valve and filling apertures in form of hollow cylinder with plug, connected to body by cams, on upper portion of which ring with stepped piston is mounted, and on lower portion bushing with bottom is held on shear screws, having a shelf and holder for limiting its axial movement in the body. Stop has shelf, where a spring is placed, while spring is held in lower socket, ring-shaped hollow of stop has length, providing for interaction of it with lower cone in working position, and filling apertures are made in a bushing.
EFFECT: higher reliability, simplified construction, lower costs.
