METHOD FOR RESTORING TENDINOUS MOBILITY OF FINGER'S FLEXORS AT THE LEVEL OF OSSEOUS-FIBROUS CANALS Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.

SUBSTANCE: at the stage of tenolysis one should form a cavity at the level of finger's osseous-fibrous canals followed by revision of operation wound 24 h later. Then one should apply two catheters at the distance of 5-6 cm against the wound: one of them should be between periosteum and tendon, and another one - between tendons and surface soft tissues should be applied under circular ligaments. Cavity should be hermetically sealed due to applying subdermal continuous unremovable blanket suture along the whole length of operation wound. Through installed catheters one should perform the drainage and evacuation of washing waters and 24 h later one should introduce polyacrylamide gel "Interphall" of №3 density at the volume of 0.8-1.0 ml by injections through catheters into cavity and remove catheters.

EFFECT: decreased number of complications.
