Before placing tendon in formed tendinous vagina, carried out is their laser processing until ablation and coagulation are reached, laser processing of tendon being carried out circularly, and of tendinous vagina from inside.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to achieve reaching minimal damage to donor's resources of damaged extremity, avoid of proliferation of connecting tissue and formation of scar adhesion.
