SUBSTANCE: method involves producing corneal flap without lifting it, making cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation with time delay, lifting corneal flap cover not earlier than in a month, acting with ultraviolet radiation upon stromal bad and returning the corneal flap to its place. Corneal flap pedicle is arranged along strong meridian. Cataract phacoemulsification is done via tunnel incision 1-7 days later and intraocular lens is implanted. Extraction incision is arranged in strong meridian projection 1.0 mm far from the limb in parallel to it at 3 or 9 o'clock position. When calculating optical force of the intraocular lens, cornea refraction is determined from strong astigmatism axis data to achieve simple hypermetropic astigmatism. Then, the achieved simple hypermetropic astigmatism is adjusted with positive cylindrical stromal bed ablation and the corneal flap is laid to its place.
