FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophtalmology and can be used for laser correction of induced and residual aberrations after facoemulcification. Parameters of laser aberration are calculated. Value of spherical aberration Cp entered into computer programme of eximer laser is calculated from the formula: Cp=Cu+0.5, when Cu>-6, or Cp=Cu+1, when Cu<-6, where Cu is true spherical aberration on autorefractometry, with sigh "+" or "-" designating hyperopia or myopia, ">" or "<" - more or less according to algebraic rules. Superficial flap of cornea of 130 micrometres on limb is formed and raised. Cornea bed surface is dried up. Eximer laser ablation of cornea bed strome is carried out to correct spherical and cylinder aberrations. Then cornea flap is repositioned. In 3 months aberrometry is carried out and, basing on its data, after second raising of cornea flap, laser ablation of induced and residual aberrations, including those of higher order, is performed.

EFFECT: prevention of residual and induced aberrations after cataract facoemulcification and cornea flap formation.
