SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out cataract extraction via tunnel incision with intraocular lens being implanted. The tunnel incision is arranged in vertical direction and symmetrically to strong axis of astigmatism. The tunnel incision is made in scleral and corneal layer. Edges of the scleral incision are coagulated allover perimeter. After extracting cataract and intraocular lens implantation being implanted, internal wall shift to outside is carried out by applying diathermic coagulation in scleral part. Then, new tunnel wall arrangement is fixed in scleral part with sutures. Another embodiment of the invention internal wall shift to outside is carried out by applying tightening scleral suture via internal wall of the tunnel and edge of external lip of incision mouth. Then, new tunnel wall arrangement is fixed in scleral part with sutures.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; stable refraction correction efficiency.
