Positive pressure at the end of expiration as forced ventilation characteristic with thoracic pulmonary extensibility taken into account. Then, forced volume-controlled artificial pulmonary ventilation is carried out. Breathing frequency and inhaled volume are adjusted to achieve normal lung ventilation followed by auxiliary lung ventilation.
EFFECT: reduced negative influence upon lungs, systemic and cerebral hemodynamic characteristics; retained pulmonary gas exchange.
