FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device has the first dipolar pulse oscillator of the first given frequency, modulating control signal source and means for controlling amplitude. The modulating control signal source produces signal of the second frequency that is less than the first given frequency. The signal of the second frequency is used for modulating output pulses of the first oscillator in a way that their amplitude varies with modulating control signal frequency in conformance to given asymmetric shape. Signals of given asymmetric shape are applied to output electrodes fixable on patient head.
EFFECT: small electric current intensity; reduced risk of burns and pain feeling.
