SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of solutions, melts and suspensions drying and the preparation of granules of various substances and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. In a vortex evaporative-drying chamber, evaporative and drying chambers located in a common housing and gas supply and discharge pipelines are contained, as well as a filter-heat exchanger, made in the form of a attachment from the fluidized bed of inert bodies, above which there a rotating sprinkler with injectors is located, each of which comprises housing, union and a coaxially positioned swirling insert with an external helical thread and an expanding conical opening inside. In the union a cylindrical inlet opening is made, connected to the diffuser, which is made axially symmetric in the housing. In the lower part of the housing a nozzle is located, which is made with a two-stage diffuser coaxial to the swirling insert. Diffuser first stage is the extension of diverging taper opening made inside swirling insert, which is made of a wear-resistant material. Diffuser second step makes the extension of its first step. On its inner conical surface, a helical type thread is made. Conical surface with helical type thread of the diffuser second step is made perforated. in the lower part of the nozzle housing, coaxially with it, a cylindrical shell is fixed on which a flow divider is installed, which is made in the form of two rods connected to each other in the lower part, obliquely to the axis of the nozzle, to which a vertically disposed rod is mounted, on which a swirler is mounted made in the form of a cone with helical blades, enclosing a rod with a clearance and resting in the lower part on a stopper located horizontally and perpendicularly to the rod.
