FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of solutions, melts and suspensions drying and the preparation of granules of various substances and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. Vortex evaporative-drying chamber with an inert packing contains evaporating and drying chambers in a common housing with gas-supply and discharge pipelines, filter-heat exchanger, made in the form of a nozzle from the fluidized bed of inert bodies, above which there is a sprinkler, containing a hollow cylindrical body with a throttle washer, connected to the union nut, to which is attached a flow divider. Liquid flow divider consists of coaxially arranged, perforated conical shells, the space between which is filled with a fine mesh, wherein the apices of the conical surfaces of the shells are directed away from the throttle washer. In the lower part of the divider a cylindrical perforated segment is fastened that is fixed on perforated conical shells. In the cylindrical perforated segment fixed in the lower part of the divider on the perforated conical shells, a flow swirler is installed made in the form of a spring.
