SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying dispersed materials and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. Apparatus for drying solutions and suspensions in the fluidized bed of inert bodies comprises a drying chamber with a movable gas distribution grating in its lower part, which is in the form of a rotating hollow perforated cylinder, in which cavity grinding bodies are placed. Atomizer comprises a hollow cylindrical body, in the upper part of which an external thread is made for connection to the connection of a distribution pipeline for supplying liquid, and in the lower part of the body, an external thread is made for connection with a divergent vortex flow. In the body there is a cylindrical chamber, the hollow conical swirler is coaxially installed with a clearance relative to the inner side surface of the chamber and is made in the form of a conical surface with a screw through thread. Top of the conical surface of the hollow conical swirl is fixed on the end surface of a rod. Vortex flow dissector is fixed to the body by means of a casing having an internal thread and made in the form of a ring to which two diametrically located vertical plates are attached, connected in the lower part by a horizontally arranged rod, in the middle of which there is a second swirler, made in the form of a disk with helical blades, covering with a gap a rod in its middle part and having rims at the edges in the form of disks located perpendicular to the rod.
EFFECT: intensification of the drying process by uniform distribution of the coolant and formation of a fine dispersed continuous phase of the atomized liquid.
