FIELD: glass industry.
SUBSTANCE: glass comprises components taken in the following ratio, wt.-%: PbO, 7.5-16.7; TeO2, 59.8-64.4; GeO2, 15.7-21.1; B2O3, 7.0-7.8. Glass refraction index is >1.9, temperature coefficient of linear glass expansion is (105-120) x 10-7 K-1. Temperature for synthesis of glass is 950 ± 20°C. Light filter glass is used in optical-laser instrument making as light filter that cut off ultraviolet region of spectrum completely but transparent in visible and near infrared regions of spectrum. Invention provides the complete absorption in ultraviolet region of spectrum up to 400 nm, stable transmission in the range of wavelength 450-2500 nm in visible and near infrared regions of spectrum.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of glass.
