The system also includes the second subscriber group, server unit and the second concentrator group to generate alarming signals and to provide object monitoring with the use of common communication links or that meeting the GSM standard. GSM radio-communication and standby short message channels are used to establish communication in the case of breaking-down communication in the main channel. The system also includes the third communication wire-line channel to establish communication with objects of high categoricity.
