FIELD: metal forming; methods of metals dressing.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of metal forming, in particular, to the methods of martensite-ageing steels dressing and may be used at the martensite-ageing steel items dressing. The martensite-ageing steel items made out of maraging steels are placed with a gap on a mandrel made out of the steels with the coefficient of linear expansion exceeding the coefficient of linear expansion of the steels of the items. The items and the mandrels gathered so, as to make a pole are jointly heated up to the temperature of the steel aging with following cooling. At that the items and mandrels are heated up to the temperature, at which the gap between the item and the mandrel disappear, but the aging deforming processes of are absent, keep them at this temperature till leveling of the temperatures along and in height the body of the item and the mandrel and then in the technological mode bring their temperature up to their ageing temperature. The invention ensures improvement of the quality of the dressing by leveling in the modes of thermal treatment.

EFFECT: the invention ensures improvement of the quality of the martensite-ageing steel items dressing by leveling the modes of thermal treatment.
