FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: clutch comprises outer and inner clutch members concentrically mounted on the shaft. The mechanism for engaging and disengaging the clutch comprises pressing bearing that is mounted on the shaft and cooperates with the clutch. The clutch also has flywheel mounted at the end of the shaft opposite to the end where the pressing bearing is mounted. The outer clutch member and friction lining secured to its inner side are divided at least into four segments along their side and tightened over the periphery of the cylindrical surface of the outer clutch member with springs secured to the outer side of the segments. The outer clutch member is provided with flanges, the number of which is equal to the number of segments. The flanges are secured to the flywheel for permitting their radial movement. The faces of the segments face the pressing bearing and are provided with chamferings that cooperate with the mating part of the face of the bearing. The inner clutch member is made of a hub with stop ring mounted on the shaft with the use of slots. The outer side of the inner clutch member is provided with friction inserts.
EFFECT: simplified structure, assembling, and disassembling of the clutch.
