FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: friction clutch has spring resting on support ring and thrust flange installed for movement of pressure spring. At other side thrust flange is made in form of two-step cylinder with axial hole. Size of smaller diameter of thrust flange external side provides axial displacement in hole formed by lobes of pressure spring. End face change from smaller to larger diameter of thrust flange external surface is pointed to edges of pressure spring lobes forming hole in spring. Groove is made on end of thrust flange smaller diameter cylindrical surface in which support ring is fitted. Friction cover is glued to opposite end face part of flange. Shape of friction cover suits shape of end face surface of thrust flange. EFFECT: reduced labour input and cost of manufacture of automobile friction clutch, enhanced reliability and manufacturability of friction clutch. 3 dwg
