SUBSTANCE: air conditioner has at least one fan and thermopiles. Semiconductor thermopiles are mounted onto rotating parts of fan besides blades or thermopiles can be mounted as onto rotating parts and onto blades of fan.

EFFECT: simplified design; ability of using different types of fans; improved efficiency of heat and refrigerating power from warm and cold alloys of thermopiles to heated and cooled air.
