SUBSTANCE: immediately after availability of clinical signs of thromboembolism of lobar pulmonary artery in patient's blood serum one should detect the quantity of protein-bound oxyproline, and its increased level up to 369.78 mcM/l and higher it is possible to predict the above-mentioned disease. The suggested innovation provides earlier and more accurate diagnostics in case of thromboembolism of lobar pulmonary artery with the purpose of its due therapy.

EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of diagnostics.
