FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: proposed cascade differential amplifier has input differential cascade 1 incorporating first main inverting output 2 and second main noninverting output 3, output integrated-base transistors 4 and 5 connected to bias voltage supply 6, first and second current-regulating two-terminal networks 4 and 5; first main inverting output of differential cascade 1 is connected to emitter of second output transistor 5 whose collector is connected to output 9 of differential amplifier cascade. Differential cascade 1 uses circuit arrangement set up of first main inverting output 2 and first auxiliary inverting output 10; the latter being connected to emitter of first output transistor 4 whose collector is connected to emitter of first auxiliary transistor 11 using common-base circuit arrangement and third additional current-regulating two-terminal network 12; collector of first auxiliary transistor 11 is connected to output 9 of cascade differential amplifier.
EFFECT: extended passband.
