FIELD: metallurgy, namely nickel base refractory alloys used for making heavy-load parts working at elevated temperatures in gas turbine engines.
SUBSTANCE: nickel base refractory alloy contains carbon, chrome, cobalt, tungsten, molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, niobium, hafnium, boron, zirconium and magnesium at next relation of ingredients, mass %: carbon, 0.02 - 0.10; chrome, 9.0 - 11.0; cobalt, 14.0 - 16.0; tungsten, more than 5.5 - 6.5; molybdenum, 3.0 - 3.8; titanium, 4.0 -4.2; aluminum, 3.4 - 4.2; niobium, 1.5 - 2.2; hafnium, 0.1 - 0.2; boron, 0.005 - 0.05; zirconium, 0.001 - no more than 0.005; magnesium, 0.001 - 0.05; nickel, the balance.
EFFECT: improved long-period strength, enhanced fatigue resistance for small number of cycles, resistance to crack, increased useful life period of articles of such alloy.
