FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns metallurgy. Heat-resistant powder alloy on the basis of nickel contains components in a following ratio (wt %): carbon 0.04 - 0.08, chrome 10.0 - 12.0, cobalt 14.0 -16.0, tungsten 2.5 - 3.5, molybdenum 4.0 - 5.0, titanium 2.5 - 3.1, aluminium 3.5 - 4.4, niobium 3.0 - 3.5, boron 0.005 - 0.05, magnesium 0.001 - 0.05, vanadium 0.4 - 0.8, cerium 0.001 - 0.05, lanthanum 0.001 - 0.08, scandium 0.001 - 0.05, iron 0.01 - 1.0, manganese 0.001 - 0.5, silicon 0.001 - 0.5, nickel - the rest. Invention is directed to hardening, increasing of creeping and for reduction of fatigue-and-crack propagation rate at operating temperature of product made of current alloy. Alloy can be used for manufacturing of parts of gas turbine engine.
EFFECT: receiving of heat-resistant powder alloy on the basis of nickel.
